14. Cancellations are subject to charges if made within 5 days prior to the arrival date. After this period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the room rate will apply. Guests will receive an email with check-in instructions 5 days prior to arrival. Front desk staff will greet guests upon arrival. 15. We accept advance bookings only up to 5 days prior to arrival, with a 25% tariff as advance payment for confirmation.
16. Personal food and beverages are not allowed.
17. Disputes are subject to Rishikesh Jurisdictation.
1. Accommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception.
2. Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel's reception desk.
3. Due to the hotel's location in a residential area, guests, especially those in groups, are required to be respectful of noise levels during the evening.
4. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at the hotel Reception only.
5. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in.
6. It is prohibited to bring flammable materials, explosives, or firearms into the hotel. The possession or storage of any combustible or hazardous items, prohibited goods, or objectionable materials is strictly forbidden.
7. Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest customer can store luggage in the luggage room, at the their own sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 24 hrs.
8. Gambling, smoking, contraband or smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, non-vegetarian food, and any outside food are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
9. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property, etc., caused by themselves, their visitors, or any other person for whom they are responsible. Guests must compensate for such loss or damage in full, as determined appropriate by the management.
10. Visitor entry to guest rooms is strictly prohibited. However, in exceptional circumstances, management may allow a visitor into a guest room only after verifying photo ID proof and registering the entry at the reception. Additionally, the guest must provide signed approval, and mandatory registration at the reception desk is required, including leaving an identity card and personal details.
11. The hotel reserves the right to deny further accommodation to any guest who fails to behave decently or comply with the hotel policies and rules.
12. Guests are not allowed to cause any disturbance, nuisance, or annoyance to other guests or within the hotel premises. It is expected that all guests will conduct themselves in a respectable, civilized, and decent manner.
13. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings, for any reason whatsoever.
14. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other customers, guests, invitees, visitors, agents, and staff for any financial loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the guest's own negligence or failure to observe any hotel rules, policies, or instructions.
15. Using photographs and videos taken on the hotel premises for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who violate this rule will be subject to prosecution.
16. The management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room or any other area of the hotel immediately, without prior notice and without providing any reason. The guest shall be obligated to vacate when requested. In case of non-compliance, the management has the right to remove the guest's luggage and belongings from the occupied room.
17. Guests are requested to observe, abide by, and comply with all applicable laws, acts, and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit. Guests must be 18 years or older. We accept bank transfer and cash payments. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, with the remaining 75% due at check-in. Please ensure you receive a reservation confirmation number when making your booking. In any case reservations must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to the arrival date (hotel time) to avoid a cancellation fee.
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require guaranteed check-in before 12:00 AM, pre-registration and payment are required. Please contact the front desk staff directly to make reservations and complete a payment transfer confirmation In favor of the hotel's bank account.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at the hotel. For security reasons and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a state driver's license, passport, etc.) at check-in. A payment method in the name of the guest registering is also required. It is the guest's responsibility to fully understand how their bank processes pre-authorizations and charges related to the transaction.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please check out at the front desk so that housekeeping can begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front desk prior to your departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it is subject to availability. A charge may apply for late check-out.
We will make every effort to honor special requests, such as a specific room number, adjoining rooms, extra beds, etc., upon your arrival. All special requests are noted in the reservation, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
All reservations and registrations must be guaranteed with payment. All guests are required to present a valid method of payment, even if they plan to pay in cash upon check-out.

If payment is made by bank transfer, we must receive the payment notice and process the approval for your reservation prior to the guest’s arrival.

The hotel is privately operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that do not violate the laws of the Republic of Uttarakhand, India. The hotel has a zero-tolerance policy, and we may refuse service or accommodation, or remove a person without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies set by the management of the hotel. The hotel may refuse service or evict a guest under the following circumstances:
1:- Refusal or failure to pay for accommodations.
2:- Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance, and acting in a disorderly manner that disturbs the peace of other guests or violates state liquor laws.
3:- Engaging in disorderly behavior that disturbs the peace of other guests.
4:- Failure to properly supervise their children at all times.
5:- Using the hotel for an unlawful purpose.
6:- Bringing into the hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm, or any other unlawful item, including explosives, hazardous substances, or toxic materials that may endanger others.
7:- Destroying, damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to hotel property or other guests.
8:- Causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of a room.
From 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, if you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the front desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful, low volume at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in the terraces or alleys.
No visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM. Visitors must notify the front desk upon arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not permitted to use guest amenities, including hotel services. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.

Hotel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled seventy two (72 ) hours hotel time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid room cancellation fee. If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation notification.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a guaranteed reservation will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your deposit. You will be charged for the first night’s stay, including one (1) full room rate plus taxes, and the balance of the reservation will be canceled.
To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we offer daily housekeeping. Our housekeeping staff will honor the “IN” door hanger once during a twelve-hour period to indicate that the room is occupied. However, the housekeeping staff is required to enter the room at other times to clean, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room.
Management reserves the right to enter a room with an “IN” status for reasonable purposes, such as in an emergency, for housekeeping, maintenance, to verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our hotel policy/house rules.
In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to assist with eviction. The right to privacy ends when a hotel policy or house rule is violated. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and the rooms of evicted guests.

Well-behaved children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 4 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s) and using existing bedding. As parents, guardians, or chaperones, you are personally and legally responsible for your children and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised. Children are not permitted in public areas without being accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or chaperone.
Room occupancy requirements are based on safety regulations. The maximum occupancy for a standard room is 2 guests. A limited number of extra beds (drawer beds) are available upon request. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis for all rooms. If the maximum number of guests is exceeded, you will be asked to rent an additional guestroom for proper accommodations or vacate the hotel.
Room keys are issued to the registered guest(s). No room keys will be issued to youth under 18 at any time. I.D. is required if you have lost your key and require a duplicate. Please return room keys to Front Desk at Check-out.
Housekeeping is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, or on demand. During the Rishikesh Chardham Season, housekeeping may begin as early as necessary, subject to availability. Additional requests, such as extra beds or specific room preferences, will be accommodated based on availability. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily, and a detailed log is maintained for each room and its linens. Rooms are rented to guests in appropriate condition, free of any prohibited odors. Our housekeeping and front desk staff are trained to identify odors from prohibited items. If our investigation concludes that you have smoked in your room, cooked, or brought a prohibited item into the hotel, you will be fined and evicted without a refund.
Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linens are changed on a rotation schedule. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily. If housekeeping is unable to change the bed due to personal items left on it, a note will be left. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your bed each day if all personal items are removed. Please contact our front desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns.
We assume no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value, please contact us immediately at the front desk, and we will make every effort to assist you in locating your lost item.
The hotel is not responsible for any items left behind by a guest. However, any item—except for perishable items—left behind by guests and found by housekeeping after departure will be collected, logged, and stored in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Records of lost and found items are retained for 6 months. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify the guest if an item is found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded.
Lost and found items are held for fourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If the guest's contact information is incorrect or their cell phone mailbox is full, and we are unable to reach the guest during the fourteen (14) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) will be stored for an additional 1 months. After this period, any unclaimed item(s) will be discarded, donated to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by the hotel.
The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. Our Firearms and Weapons Policy is designed to protect our guests, vendors, staff, and owners, and it applies to the presence of firearms and weapons on hotel premises. However, this policy has been developed to create a safe environment by prohibiting firearms and weapons on our premises. The hotel is private property, and for the safety of all our guests, firearms and weapons are not permitted on the premises, even if legally owned..
The hotel enforces a strict No In-Room Party Policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. No parties, loud disturbances, or noise nuisances are allowed or tolerated on the premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not followed, the guest will be asked to vacate the hotel without a refund. The registered guest(s) are responsible for all visitors. Non-registered visitors are only permitted until 9:00 PM. If additional people not listed on the Guest Registration Form are found in the room after 9:00 PM, your stay will be considered a party. You will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund and may be subject to a Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.
Hotel WiFi is not unlimited. Access to our WiFi is free for registered guests but subject to certain data quotas.
